Go past your plan's documents in a month and add more in packs, without moving up a plan. Packs are paid once, used after your month's allowance, and never expire. They can be used on any paid plan; on Free they are kept until you move up again.

Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited users on every plan. No per-seat pricing. Plans differ only by the templates you keep and the documents you make each month.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it's the way in: every account starts on Free, with no card and no time limit. Start with a document you already send and move up a plan when you need more.
What is a template?
A document you send again and again, turned into a template from your own example: your wording, with the details that change marked and your rules attached. Each new document is made from one.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Starter is £290 a year (two months free), Team is £990 a year (two months free), Business is £3,229.20 a year (10% off). Documents are a monthly allowance on every plan, including when you pay yearly: it resets each month.
What if I need more documents in a month?
Buy a document pack: 50 documents for £15 or 200 documents for £60, excluding VAT. Packs are paid once, used after your month's allowance, and never expire. They can be used on any paid plan; on Free they are kept until you move up again.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added at checkout at the rate that applies.
Can I get a refund?
If DocuWeave isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What is a founding place?

Who approves the documents?
A person, on every plan. Nothing can be downloaded until someone has approved it, and the approval records who, when and exactly what.
