DocuWeave

Sub-processors

Last updated: 16 October 2026

DocuWeave is a trading name of Rabblepop Ltd (company no. 17361712). When your firm uses DocuWeave, we process your documents on your behalf. These are the companies that help us do that.

Your clients' documents go to one of them only: Amazon Web Services, in London.

AI models. DocuWeave uses models made by Anthropic and Amazon (Claude Sonnet 4.6, Amazon Nova Lite and Amazon Nova Pro), run on Amazon Bedrock in London. The makers of those models have no access to what is sent to them, and nothing is used to train any model. They are not our sub-processors.

Outside the UK. Sentry and PostHog keep data in the EU, which the UK recognises as adequate. Sentry, PostHog and Resend are US companies, and Stripe processes data in the US through Stripe, LLC. For those transfers each relies on the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses as the fallback. None of these transfers includes document content.

Changes. We will email your account owner at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, and update this page. You can object within that period; the data processing agreement says what happens then.
