Construction phase plan template
A construction phase plan is the simple written plan that the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require before building work starts. It records who is doing the job, the key dates, the welfare facilities, who else is on site and how the main dangers will be controlled. A builder or principal contractor writes one for every job, so the client, the site, the dates and the hazards change each time.
